These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Liwi Learning Solutions PVT, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("LIWI," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the LIWI application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Service
  • Users between 13-18 years require verifiable parental or guardian consent
  • We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) for children's data protection

2.2 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

3.2 Service Availability

  • We strive to provide 24/7 service availability
  • Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

LIWI offers both free and premium subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited features and usage
  • Premium Plans: Enhanced features, unlimited practice sessions, advanced analytics

4.2 Free Trials

  • New users may be eligible for free trial periods
  • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
  • Trial terms and conditions may vary and will be disclosed at sign-up
  • Only one free trial per user is permitted

4.3 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis
  • Payment failures may result in service suspension

4.4 Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of charge
  • Free trial cancellations do not require refunds

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Voice data is processed using secure, encrypted systems, and we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

  • LIWI's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • Users are responsible for their own learning outcomes
