Download the Liwi app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Create an account, take a quick 5-minute assessment to determine your English level, and start learning immediately. You'll get a 3-day free trial to experience all premium features.

How does the free trial work?

You get 3 days of full premium access completely free. No credit card required during signup. Try all features including unlimited AI tutor conversations and advanced lessons. Cancel anytime within 3 days for zero charges. After the trial, choose a subscription plan that works for you.

How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?

You can cancel anytime through: (1) App: Go to Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel, (2) Your phone's subscription settings (iOS Settings or Google Play), or (3) Email us at support@liwilearning.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line. No charges if you cancel within the 3-day trial period.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

First, try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. Make sure you're using the correct email or phone number associated with your account. If you're still having issues, clear your app cache or reinstall the app. Contact support@liwilearning.com if problems persist.

My payment failed or I was charged incorrectly. What do I do?

For payment issues, first check your bank statement to confirm the charge. If you were charged incorrectly, email us at support@liwilearning.com with your order details and we'll process a refund within 5-7 business days. For failed payments, verify your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds, or try a different payment method.

The app is crashing or not working properly. How can I fix this?

Try these steps: (1) Close and restart the app, (2) Check for app updates in your app store, (3) Restart your device, (4) Clear app cache (in app settings), (5) Reinstall the app. If issues continue, email support@liwilearning.com with details about your device model, OS version, and the problem you're experiencing.

Most users report feeling 40-60% more confident in 30 days of consistent practice. Full conversational fluency typically takes 3-6 months with daily 10-20 minute practice sessions. Yes! We take data privacy seriously. Your conversations and personal information are encrypted and securely stored. We never sell your data to third parties. We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. After 7 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for valid technical issues or extenuating circumstances.
